ABUS will be using the International Security Expo to showcase a collection of patent restricted cylinder systems, a suite of high security padlocks including a CEN 6, plus the new wAppLoxx access control system.

The Bravus and Vela reversible key profile systems offer a top level, no compromise, security standard with high security key control complete with patent protection. The ABUS Zolit bespoke cylinder master key system is the perfect all in one solution for customers in both commercial and domestic environments. With extreme resistance to the elements and highly resistant to attack, the ABUS 83 Series and new 93RK is the latest ABUS CEN6 padlock with a shackle and lock body manufactured in hardened steel with a patented Nano Protect™ coating that makes it resistant to the elements, ideal for harsh and exposed environments. The exceptionally robust body of the padlock, manufactured from a single block of hardened steel, protects the cylinder from highly physical attack methods. The ABUS 93RK is certified to EN 12320:2012 with the highest ratings for durability, corrosion-resistance, and security.

wAppLoxx Pro from ABUS is a digital access control system with secure, electronic “smart” cylinders that fit into any standard cylinder profile and can be controlled with fob, card or via smartphone though the ABUS wAppLoxx app. They can also incorporate a transponder into the head of a mechanical key enabling operation with both traditional mechanical and electronic locks. ABUS wAppLoxx offers comprehensive access management for up to 160 doors and up to 1000 users, with multiple access control mechanisms. This makes wAppLoxx the complete plug and play wireless access control system. Information about the wAppLoxx system status, analytics and any changes that need to be made can be accessed securely in real time via PC, smartphone, or tablet allowing the building manager to grant or deny access to users across the site and also access rights can be assigned for specific periods of time.
